LEGAL COMMENTS:
1. Helmet required
No helmet is required if the seat belt is fastened. If the E-Trike 25 V.3 is driven without a seat belt, a helmet is mandatory.

The E-Trike 25 V.3 is subject to insurance and registration.
An EU operating license (EEC) is included with the trike. With this vehicle registration you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice.
3. Driver's license
An authorization certificate for driving mopeds is required for operation. Minimum age 15 years.
Holders of driving license classes A, B and T do not need a license. People born before April 1st, 1965 do not need a license or a driver's license.
